The highlight was the Pesta Ubin WalkRunBike, with hundreds of participants. There was also a special walk by Strix Wildlife Consultancy, Kampung Games, a photobooth and more! Thanks to the many many volunteers from the Ubin community and beyond for organising these awesome activities!
Lots of people had gathered for the Pesta Ubin WalkRunBike despite the gloomy weather.
Braving the drizzle for a lovely walk around Ubin. For many, their first time to Pulau Ubin.
The runners are off!
In support of 'The Ubin Way', no water bottles were given out during the Pesta Ubin WalkRunBike. Instead, the event organisers encouraged participants to bring their own water bottles for top up at dispensers provided by NParks. Which participants young and old did.
Bravo to Lincoln Han and his awesome volunteers from Coffee Tea Runners as well as their collaborators for a great event!

I snuck out quickly for the scrumptious Ubin only, Sunday only Lontong. Even before I could gobble it down, the Walk participants were returning to Ubin Town!
After we packed up the photobooth, we stopped by Teck Seng's Place where Johnson and his team of volunteers from U Cares Volunteers were conducting Kampung Games.
What fun it is!
