'Singapore got marine life, meh?' The Southern and Northern shores guidesheets introduce ordinary people to Singapore's amazing marine life.
The marine community how has brand new copies of these guidesheets to give out during our marine outreach work! Specially for
International Year of the Reef (IYOR) 2018, and kindly supported by the
National Research Foundation Singapore. Thanks to Dr
Neo Mei Lin for making them happen.

Lepak in SG held at St John's Island National Marine Laboratory yesterday.

The guidesheets contains lots photos of our marine life with snippets of information. Each has a map of the area and also includes stories about some of our shores that ordinary people can visit. The guidesheets include tips on how to be a gentle visitor and how to make a difference for our wild shores.

The Southern guidesheet covers Labrador Park, Sentosa, Kusu Island, St. John's Island, Pulau Semakau, Pulau Hantu, and The Sisters Islands Marine Park! It also features diving in Singapore thanks to photos provided by Debby Ng of the
Hantu Bloggers, and
Our Singapore Reefs. As well as the
Blue Water Volunteers who were involved from the first print of the guidesheet in 2004. And the work of
TeamSeagrass. Thanks to Jonathan Tan, it also includes an awesome photo of a wild dolphin!

The Northern guidesheet covers Pasir Ris Park, Pulau Ubin and Chek Jawa, Pulau Sekudu, and Changi. The Northern guidesheet features the outreach work of the
Naked Hermit Crabs as well as
TeamSeagrass.

The last reprint of 36,000 copies of the guidesheets were kindly
supported by the marine community buying copies at cost to give out. Thank you! Your support has allowed the guidesheets to reach this point!
