Repair Work at Pulau Ubin Jetty
Date: With effect from 29 Dec 2014 to 28 Jun 2015.
Location: At Pulau Ubin Jetty, within the working area bounded by the following coordinates
(see attached chartlet):
Working Hours : 24 hours daily including Sundays and Public Holidays.
Repair of the jetty involve erecting temporary scaffolding, hacking of deteriorated concrete, cement working and installing of fenders. The work barge will be used for transportation of equipment and materials to the work site. A safety boat will be in attendance at all times to warn and re-direct craft in the vicinity to keep clear of working area. On 24 Dec, we saw this notice warning visitors and residents not to park bicycles along the Jetty during the repair period.
