NUS experiment off Tanah Merah

An experiment involving "deployment of an Instrumental Rig on the sea bed and dive operations" will take place off Tanah Merah until Dec 09.

With effect from 31 Aug 09 to 31 Dec 09. 31 Aug 09 to 1 Sep 09 (1200hrs to 1800hrs) daily. At East Coast and its vicinity (see attached chartlet):

The work will entail deployment of an Instrumental Rig on the sea bed. Dive operations will conducted once or twice a week for maintenance of the sensors. The area would be marked by a Yellow marker Buoy 0.5 meter in diameter, light characteristics Flashing Yellow. A safety boat will be deployed to advise all craft to keep clear of the working area during installation of the Instrumental Rig. This is a revision of Port Marine Notice No. 121 0f 2009. The working period has been extended.

With effect from 01 Jan 10 to 31 May 10. 0700hrs to 1900hrs daily excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. East Coast and its vicinity (see attached):
