With effect from 17 Aug 09 to 31 Aug 09. 24 hours daily including Sundays and Public Holidays. At Cruise Bay and its vicinity (see attached chartlet):
Dredging works will be carried out using a clam shell onboard the crane barge, held by 4-point anchor moorings. Dredged materials will be transported to the designated dumping ground. A minimum of two split hopper barges will be mobilized for the transport of the excavated material. For all barge movements 1 pusher and 1 tug will
assist in maneuvering. All anchor points will be marked by buoys with lights. Safety boat will be in attendance at all times to warn and re-direct craft in the vicinity to keep clear of the on-going dredging work area.
