Construction at Changi East seawalls

Works to extend seawalls at Changi East has been going on since August 2011 and is expected to continue to October 2012.
It's good to see that silt traps have been deployed in some parts of the working area.
Changi East has some of our last clean sandy shores where rare shorebirds and other amazing marine life can be found.
