While there have been observations of Geosesarma malayanum making forays into the narrow-lidded pitcher plant (Nepenthes ampullaria), this is the first record of Geosesarma perracae inside a pitcher plant.Geosesarma perracae is found in swampy lowlands usually near freshwater.
