From the Naked Hermit Crabs:

Learn about marine trash

Ever wondered how our beaches stay so clean? Often, before the day starts, cleaners sweep our beaches for trash that is carried in with the waves.

To help us learn about hermit crabs and marine trash, Halley and November are back to read you the story 'A Crab, a Shell, and a Little Help', written by students of the Raffles Ecological Literacy Programme!

The story is set in Changi Beach, which is teeming with wildlife. If you would like to reduce marine trash, you can reduce and refuse plastics in your everyday life and maybe join a coastal cleanup with International Coastal Cleanup Singapore when things become better!

To read along with the video, you can find a virtual copy of the book here: tinyurl.com/ecolitbooks
