Repair works at Pulau Sebarok on Shell SBM pipeline

What is an SBM? A single buoy mooring (SBM) pipeline transfers fluids between a tanker and another facility. They are capable of handling even very large crude carriers (from wikipedia)
Pulau Sebarok is the 'petrol station' of our port and is packed with storage facilities. Right next to it is Pulau Jong (the forested island in the photo above) which is among our last untouched southern islands. More photos of marine life on Pulau Jong.
